This is a Design-Build facility located in Doral in a 7.0-acre site.  The structure is CMU, 1-story building totaling 12,700 sf with associated parking space.  Building includes a 1,870 sf community room, a secure parking area for 57 vehicles, and visitor area for 106 vehicles. It pursues LEED Silver certification, and the site has wetlands areas to be protected.
