This project is an Adult Living Facility in Kendall next to the new Baptist Hospital. The 4 story building will have 122 units between 340 sf and 360sf total of 87,000 SF. The first floor will have a dining room lounge, commercial kitchen, 12 units, offices, mechanical and electrical rooms. On the 2nd floor-4th floor, there will be the rest of the units along with the Arts and Craft and Wellness Center. The building is a conventional reinforced masonry with exterior stucco finish with hollow-core slabs. The residences will be provided a surface asphalt parking lot for 72 spaces. This building will meet LEED Silver Certification.
