Widening and reconstruction of SR 934 consisting of the following: Addition of 1 lane each way, widening the road from four to six lanes. The project scope included widening of bridges over the FEC Railroad at NW 69th Ave and W. 5th Way; construction of a new bridge at the crossing of SR 934 over Okeechobee Road/ Miami River Canal/ NW South River Drive; upgrade of drainage, lighting, signals, and construction of noise wall near residential areas.
