The Grove Bay Garage project consisted of a new 4-story open garage building with retail space on the ground floor for the Miami Parking Authority in Coconut Grove, Miami. This project is part of the re-development of public land surrounding Miami City Hall and the adjacent marinas. The building footprint totals 169,112 SF with over 400 parking spaces and architectural elements throughout to commemorate the historical nature of the site location on Pan American Drive. This project was completed adjacent to the operating marina.
