Construction Management contract for the new construction of two multi-story high-end condominium building including the construction of a ground floor garage, located on water front property. These luxurious developments consisted of 2,000 SF units of living space and private elevator access to the apartments. The construction consisted of post-tensioned slabs and CBS walls. Condominium complex includes private pool and private access to the beach via a bridge-like dune crossover structure.
