Construction of a brand new Super Target. The shell is slab-on-grade with concrete tilt-up panels, steel columns, beams and bar joists, metal decking with lightweight concrete and a single ply membrane. There is a 4 truck loading dock, a Garden Center with irrigation system, a Pre-Fabricated Utility Center (PUC) and an Electrical Distribution Center (EDC).
