LEON MEDICAL CENTER KENDALL GARAGE

​The new building was designed to replace an existing parking lot that serviced the patrons for LMC Kendall. MCM's scope included the demolition of the existing lot which included relocating several Oak trees to the other side of the property. The overall project scope includes the construction of a parking garage (Precast Structure) to service the parking needs for both patients and doctors of the Leon Medical Centers Kendall Branch.
