Our pre-qualification process is very thorough. We take into consideration experience, safety record and financial strength, among other determining factors.

Our Mentor-Protégé Program, building partnerships for the future
MCM has a Mentor-Protégé Program in place designed to offer substantial assistance to small disadvantaged businesses. By partnering with MCM, small businesses (protégés) will have better opportunities to compete for prime contracts and subcontracts. Our program has been designed to help protégés develop business and technical capabilities to diversify their customer base.
Candidates for the MCM Mentor-Protégé Program are carefully selected based on their capabilities, skill sets, corporate culture and ethics to ensure business synergies will result in a long-lasting partnership.
