Municipal - Miami Beach Patrol Headquarters & 10th Street Auditorium
This project consist of partial restoration, renovation and addition to existing (2) story Auditorium/Beach Patrol Headquarters facility, improvements to accessibility, life safety and partial site improvements included. The 15,000 sq. ft, state-of-the-art 10 Street Auditorium accommodates the Art Deco Welcome Center, a two-story exhibition space hall, a retail gift store, and administrative offices, vital support facilities for ocean rescue operations, and renovated public restrooms. A breezeway was constructed between the two buildings in order to re-establish the historic north-south pedestrian connection within Lummus Park.
"MCM completed the project on time, in approximately one year, which is impressive, but I'm more impressed by the quality workmanship, and great care they took in restoring our historic Beach Patrol Headquarters... I highly recommend this company, and it's choice of project leadership." Vincent Andreano, Ocean Rescue Chief, City of Miami Beach.
