MCM poses unique challenges and opportunities in Information Systems and actively promotes growth within the field. Providing support and systems for MCM’s corporate and field offices presents my department with exposure to the latest construction technologies. As expected, there is never a dull moment, and we always find new challenges. It is the norm for us to be working on the deployment of a new remote office, while working concurrently on solutions for our Estimating, Accounting, Scheduling, Document Control or Fleet Management Systems. In solving these challenges, I have developed many solid relationships with the staff and vendors of the company. I am very grateful that MCM has enabled me to grow professionally, as well as personally, through my work.

As LEED Corporate Manager, I have to deal with Sustainability and Green Building projects, marketing-related issues and green development on a daily basis; however, that is not all. MCM has given me the opportunity to collaborate in different areas, such as estimating, managing projects, supporting co-workers and working on presentations, which has boosted my professional growth. Working at MCM is not only about business, but also about people. There is nothing more important than knowing that we can count on our co-workers, and we can call them friends. And I can call them my family, as anyone in the company will do. What makes me jump out of bed every day? The answer is easy: Working at MCM.
